I’m Örzse Ádám, a certified facilitator and guide at Adam Systemic Work.
I facilitate and guide systemic constellations and Systemic Rituals® with modules: Integrating Loss and Body&Soul in group settings or in one-on-one sessions.
As an active professional musician growing up in Budapest, I bring many years of experience in intuitive and phenomenological work. Music is both universal and systemic, which is why I actively incorporate live music 🎻🎶 into constellations and ritual work.
Creativity has been a part of my life since early childhood: music through my profession, visual art through my father, and literature through my mother. I’ve always felt a deep connection to nature and its various energy levels, which I understand through a phenomenological vision—seeing how we experience, feel, and connect with the world around us. Music itself, too, is phenomenological in nature, as it reaches our souls, perceptions, and the rhythms of life.
Growing up in my native country and through my education, I developed an unconscious understanding of and connection to traditional shamanistic teachings and universal wisdom, as expressed in folk tales, folk music, legends, mythologies from around the world, and living in harmony with the laws of nature.
In my professional work as a musician and concert programmer, I’ve always combined different disciplines, unique elements, and people, with the aim of creating and exploring many different dimensions.
Now, adding systemic work brings a sense of ‘wholeness’ to both my personal life and professional work. My goal is to find pathways and bridges that integrate systemic work and music.
I work in 🇳🇱 , 🇭🇺 , 🇬🇧 , and in 🇪🇸.

Systemic Work is a phenomenological, holistic approach that focuses on understanding individuals as inseparable from their context and environment. It emphasizes the interconnectedness of all things. In the larger, universal system, human beings are part of many different “systems”—like families, organizations, countries, and other social structures.
Systemic work offers a beautiful and supportive way to heal and grow. It helps us understand how the influences of our family, ancestors, and other larger life systems shape who we are today.
For healing, it’s a way to gently uncover and release old patterns, traumas, or emotional blockages that may have been passed down through generations. This process allows you to let go of what no longer serves you, creating space for more peace and balance in your life.
At the same time, systemic work is also a path to personal development. It helps you discover your inner strengths, talents, and resources. By exploring deeper aspects of yourself, you can step forward with more clarity, confidence, and a deeper sense of purpose.
Whether you are seeking healing or looking to evolve into the best version of yourself, systemic work offers a compassionate and empowering space to do both. It’s a holistic approach that invites you to release the past and embrace a brighter, more aligned future.
At the heart of Systemic Work are three key principles: Belonging, Order, and Give & Take. When any of these principles become unbalanced, it can lead to questions, symptoms, or complaints. The underlying cause of these imbalances becomes visible during a constellation, as the dynamics of a system are revealed. The facilitator can guide the client through this insight, helping to trigger a healing/empowering process—not just for the person asking the question, but for the entire system surrounding them.
Adam Systemic Work – owned by Örzse Adam – is guiding and facilitating different systemic constellations, including Family Constellations and Systemic Rituals®.
In groups or 1-on-1 sessions.
Family constellation is a method of Bert Hellinger that maps out hidden dynamics of how family and ancestral patterns shape our lives—often in ways we’re unaware of.
Systemic Ritual is a method of Daan van Kampenhout that combines Family constellations with ancient traditional symbolism and teachings and adapts them into a non-traditional, contemporary ritual framework for systemic and constellation work.
Often using the Medicine Wheel as compass, the rituals are a beautiful and powerful way to guide the client’s issues or challenges to deep soul level, drawing on the wisdom of ancestors and other resources to support the clients journey towards healing.
Individuals: Personal development, reaching one’s goals without holdbacks, resolving unwanted patterns, conflicts, or problems, undefined anger, grief, or carrying an emotion that doesn’t seem to belong to us (e.g., sadness, heaviness, inherited patterns).
Families: Support with all kinds of conflicts and issues.
Couples: Healing relationship dynamics, clearing unwanted family loyalties and patterns before marriage and/or starting a family.
Children: Addressing school-related issues, illness, depression, aggression, ADHD, addictions, and other challenges.
Illness or Health Symptoms: Understanding the underlying dynamics and entanglements behind diseases or symptoms, whether inherited or present, and supporting acceptance of difficult diagnoses.
Anxiety or Trauma: Gaining insight into the deeper origin or entanglement behind anxiety or trauma.
Work-Related Issues: Resolving work conflicts, improving team dynamics, and helping individuals reach their goals from within.
Making Choices: Gaining clarity about the true source of our desires and unconscious directions or movements.
Transcultural or Transgenerational Trauma: Addressing issues related to immigration, war, discrimination, and identity.
Grieving: Helping individuals face and integrate the grieving process.
Soul Work: Finding balance and harmony between body and soul, cognition and emotions.
The traditional Medicine Wheel is a symbolic circle used by many cultures to represent the interconnectedness of life. It commonly includes four quadrants—often associated with the four directions: East, South, West, North—and linked to teachings about balance among the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of life.
It is both a philosophical framework and a teaching tool, emphasizing harmony with oneself, the community, the land, and the wider universe.
One of the central tools used in Systemic Ritual® the wheel’s structure helps participants navigate different directions, each linked with specific aspects like emotions, thoughts, actions, and spiritual connection. Moving through the wheel encourages insight and balance, helping participants approach their challenges from multiple perspectives and make meaningful shifts.

Systemic Constellations offer a unique way to explore the hidden patterns that shape your life. It’s a gentle yet powerful process that helps you understand how your relationships, family background, and life experiences are all connected.
When you join a constellation, you get the chance to experience how these unseen forces might be influencing your health, relationships, or personal growth. It’s an opportunity to gain new insights and bring clarity to challenges you may be facing.
The process is supportive and safe, helping you uncover deeper truths, heal old wounds, and shift old patterns that no longer serve you. Whether you’re looking to heal, grow, or simply gain a better understanding of your journey, systemic constellations can offer fresh perspectives and a sense of empowerment.
We warmly invite you to join us and experience the healing and growth this work can bring.
A typical systemic constellation follows these steps:
Systemic Ritual®, is a unique systemic constellation method developed by Daan van Kampenhout.
This gentle approach weaves systemic constellation work together with elements of ancient wisdom traditions, such as shamanism, in a way that feels supportive and relevant for modern life.
Systemic Rituals invite the healing presence of the ancestral field and other supportive resources into the constellation process, held and guided by the calming, grounding sound of the drum.
It draws inspiration from Bert Hellinger’s teachings combined with various ancient traditional wisdom and symbolic systems—including the Medicine Wheel—and adapts them into a non-traditional, contemporary ritual framework for systemic and constellation work.
It uses the structure of the Medicine Wheel as a compass for guiding movement, shifting perspectives, and inner exploration.
It blends ritual, movement, and constellation work to help people explore and shift deep, often unconscious patterns within themselves and the systems they are part of, and is based on the understanding that many of our challenges are not just personal, but are deeply connected to the dynamics of the larger systems we belong to—family, work, community, and even the universal.
Like Bert Hellinger’s Systemic Constellations, which map out the hidden dynamics of how family and ancestral patterns shape our lives—often in ways we’re unaware of—Systemic Ritual® adds ritual and movement to bring these dynamics into conscious awareness, allowing transformation on a deeper level.
Throughout a session, people engage in symbolic rituals—whether through movement, placement of objects, or other practices—that help represent the various elements at play in their lives. These rituals are designed to bring the inner experience into the physical space, allowing for healing that’s felt on a deeper, more visceral level.
Ultimately, Systemic Ritual® is about connecting more fully with ourselves and our systems, using the Medicine Wheel as a guide and Hellinger’s systemic principles to reveal and shift hidden dynamics.
It’s a process of stepping into a more authentic and balanced way of being, moving toward clarity, healing, and a sense of belonging.
As an active professional musician, I often use live music while guiding and facilitating constellations and rituals.
The viola, the shaman drum, shakers, bells, whistle or singing.
It has already been scientifically proven numerous times how powerful the vibration of music is for reaching deep unconscious levels and dimensions.

I collaborate with my husband, Philip Thuring health psychologist (GZ psycholoog) at Psy- Motion.com to create a holistic, professional and safe approach to our clients. We also complement each other in terms of gender, personalities and backgrounds.
